Sale Central Primary Care Network (SCPCN) is a group of five GP practices in Sale, serving 65,500 patients, primarily in the Trafford M33 area, with some from the Manchester M33 and M23 postcodes.
Each practice is dedicated to providing high-quality care to its patients. By working together as a Primary Care Network, we can share resources, knowledge, and best practices, ensuring that patients receive the right care, at the right time, and in the right place.
Our two main priorities are to improve the long-term health and wellbeing of our patients and to ensure the sustainability of our practices for the future.
By maintaining high standards of care and listening to feedback from both patients and staff, we aim to continue offering local healthcare that truly benefits our community.
All of our practices are involved in training the next generation of doctors, many of whom will go on to become GPs or specialise in hospital or community medicine.
